Project Features Expansion:

The features of the project may be expanded based on client demands. However, it’s essential to seek confirmation from the HR side, as there might be associated charges.

Client Responsibilities:

The client is responsible for providing timely feedback, content, images, and any other materials necessary for the project.

Additionally, the client must obtain all necessary licenses, copyrights, and permissions for any content they provide.

Payment Terms:

The customer is required to pay 50% advance before the project begins.

The remaining 50% balance will be due upon completion of the project.

If the balance amount is not paid within a week of project completion, we reserve the right to take the website offline, and the customer will be charged an additional 28%.

Customer-Provided Server and Domain:

If the customer provides their own server and domain, we will not be responsible for any server errors.

Project Handover:

After project handover, any alterations or deletions made by the customer to the website are their responsibility.

The customer assumes full responsibility for any consequences, including functionality issues, errors, or damages resulting from such modifications.

Customer not response more then 20days

If the customer (website owner) does not respond after the project has started, we reserve the right to delete the project, and payment will not be refunded. It is the responsibility of the client to provide timely feedback and finalize the project.
